针对靶场试验安全控制中目标与安全管道位置估算的实际需求,结合靶场实时数据处理要求,提出了利用滑动窗口技术,动态载人理论弹道数据,并采用折半查找和KNN查询相结合的思想实现了目标与理论弹道最近邻点查询,完成了飞行目标与理论规划航迹间的位置等参数偏差查询。利用区间估计原理,给出了目标与安全管道相对位置估算方法,解决了传统试验中无法对目标与管道边界的接近程度进行量化的问题。 相似文献

针对传统的单载波扫频法不适于GNSS(全球导航卫星系统)信号生成通道的带宽测量的问题,提出了采用数字信号处理的信号带宽方法.对实际导航信号进行高速采样,在数字域对采样的导航信号和本地数字生成的理想导航信号进行频谱估计和计算,从而得到GNSS信号带宽.分别使用周期图法和Welch法谱估计,对提出的测试方法进行仿真.仿真结果表明,采用Welch法进行理想信号和实际信号谱估计,对谱估计后的结果进行计算,可以完成GNSS信号带宽精密测量,在Welch法估计参数设置合理的情况下,GNSS信号带宽估计的准确度可以达到99.9%以上. 相似文献

Upset condition encountered by an aircraft in flight could pose great threat to flight safety, which is of chief importance in civil aviation. The causal factors have the nonlinear and multiple characteristics, and as a result the conventional envelope protection system cannot successfully do with the condition. So dynamic envelope based on differential manifold theory, which can take more coupling factors into account, is proposed as a basis to design a novel envelope protection system. Then the relationship between the dynamic envelope and the control coefficient or pilot command is obtained, and the result shows that the dynamic envelope can be enlarged with the change of control coefficient. Furthermore, quantification of flight security is realized via defining relative distance between flight state and dynamic envelope, which can detect whether there is a risk for an aircraft in flight. Finally, an envelope protection system based on dynamic envelope enlargement is proposed on the basis. NASA’s Generic Transport Model encountering hazard gust wind in climbing phase is taken as an example to verify the system’s feasibility. The result shows that the system can give a better operation encountering upset condition and to a certain extent reduce the number of accidents or incidents. 相似文献

Helicopters are playing an increasingly important part in emergency relief, such as earthquake rescue, firefighting and medical transport. With the development of virtual simulation technology, virtual simulation-based training is widely used in the training of the helicopter crew especially for the dangerous and costly missions mentioned above. A complete training effectiveness evaluation method is proposed to evaluate the trainees’ training effect based on virtual simulation in this paper. A key to this method is regarding the complicated process as a discrete event-activity flow system and establishing the evaluation indicator system. Then expert group and Analytical Network Process (ANP) are applied to determine the weight of indicators. When the training data are processed, there is a novel attempt to apply Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) model to calculate the two categories of indicators. A new safety culture model is constructed and is applied to analyze the correlations between safety culture and SMS. On the basis of previous typical definitions, models and theories of safety culture, an in-depth analysis on safety culture's structure, composing elements and their correlations was conducted. A new definition of safety culture was proposed from the perspective of sub-culture. 7 types of safety sub-culture, which are safety priority culture, standardizing culture, flexible culture, learning culture, teamwork culture, reporting culture and justice culture were defined later. Then integrated safety culture model (ISCM) was put forward based on the definition. The model divided safety culture into intrinsic latency level and extrinsic indication level and explained the potential relationship between safety sub-culture and all safety culture dimensions. Finally in the analyzing of safety culture and SMS, it concluded that positive safety culture is the basis of im plementing SMS effectively and an advanced SMS will improve safety culture from all around. 相似文献

提出了使用正弦波激励评价触发延迟线性度和触发抖动的新方法,通过一个波形在有触发延迟和无触发延迟时,采集序列间的相位差对应的时间差来最终判定触发延迟结果。用该方法实现的触发延迟线性度测量方法,将触发延迟直接溯源到激励信号的频率量上,无需额外的精密延时器等装置,减少了测量环节,并且可以实现任意延迟的精确测量。以不同频率、不同触发延迟、不同采集速率下的实验结果的对比给出了触发延迟线性校准的结论性意见,同时验证了所述方法的有效性和切实可行性。 相似文献
